HAPKIDO

Hapkido is a form of self-defense that utilizes joint locks, grappling, and throwing techniques similar to those of other martial arts, as well as kicks, punches, and other striking attacks. Hapkido is not as physically demanding on your body and teaches you to redirect force so that even the smallest person can disable a much larger attacker. This is a great art to take by itself or use to enhance your taekwondo practices!
