FAST Defense

PAMA frequently has FAST Defense seminars for kids 14 and younger. FAST stands for Fear Adrenaline Stress Training. It's a great seminar for ANYONE who wants to give their child the gift of self-defense. You do NOT need to be a current student to participate!!! You will run through simulations of real life situations, talk about Bully Defense and keeping yourself safe in the world.
