FAST Defense

PAMA frequently has FAST Defense seminars for kids 14 and younger. FAST stands for Fear Adrenaline Stress Training. It's a great seminar for ANYONE who wants to give their child the gift of self-defense. You do NOT need to be a current student to participate!!! You will run through simulations of real life situations, talk about Bully Defense and keeping yourself safe in the world.

The facilities are great. Good family environment, all ranks classes are excellent. BBC - this program is good idea to supplement Tae Kwon Do with weapons training.
