FAST Defense

PAMA frequently has FAST Defense seminars for kids 14 and younger. FAST stands for Fear Adrenaline Stress Training. It's a great seminar for ANYONE who wants to give their child the gift of self-defense. You do NOT need to be a current student to participate!!! You will run through simulations of real life situations, talk about Bully Defense and keeping yourself safe in the world.

My son loves Tae Kwon Do class. He took karate at another school and they did not cater to the younger kids like your school does. At this age, 6, it is important to make the class fun and reward them for their hard work and accomplishments. I feel your school does a great job with this. We are very happy at PAMA.
